There are so many amazing things about this smoothie. Just look at all the vitamins and nutrients in it. This is the best way you can start your day, you won’t go back to bagels or donuts again.

Banana

Bananas are a pretty common smoothie base. They make is really creamy but are good for you too! They have tons of potassium which can prevent muscle cramps and help heart health and blood pressure.

Plus, bananas have manganese which is amazing for your skin.

Blueberries
